Warranty

At Golf Canamont, each custom golf club is crafted with the utmost quality and exceptional craftsmanship. With this in mind, Golf Canamont offers a one-year warranty on all custom golf clubs, ensuring the absence of defects in materials and manufacturing from the date of purchase. In the event of defects resulting from normal use, Golf Canamont is committed to promptly repairing or replacing the defective product. Golf Canamont reserves the right to inspect all returned products to determine the applicability of the warranty policy.

Any indication of misuse or abuse will void the warranty. This means that if you damage your golf club by hitting something other than the ball (tree, root, rock, fence, etc.), or by rolling it with a golf cart, or intentionally breaking it over your knee, it will not be covered by the warranty. We will be happy to repair it to its original condition at your expense.

Normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty, including scratches and scuffs on the clubhead, worn grips, scratches on shafts, etc.

No warranty on worn grips, as they are designed to wear with use and should be replaced at least once a year.

Any dent, scratch, or deep scrape on the top, bottom, or sides of a clubhead is not covered by the warranty, considered normal wear for a golf club.

If a golf shaft is broken more than 5 cm (2 inches) above the point where it enters the clubhead, it means the club has struck something, causing the shaft to break, or it has been intentionally broken.

No warranty if a golf club has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Golf Canamont.

If the original head or shaft is no longer available, Golf Canamont reserves the right to replace it with a current model of equivalent value.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the repair of golf clubs, if necessary.

Golf Canamont is not responsible for the performance of the golf club components chosen by the customer.

Custom golf clubs, golf bags, and personalized items are not returnable, regardless of the reason.

Following the 40% deposit to confirm the order, components for custom golf clubs come from our overseas suppliers, making any order cancellation impossible.
