    • Shortening a golf club is an operation that can be done, but it must be done carefully to avoid damaging the club. Here are the general steps for shortening a golf club:

    1. Take the golf club specifications
    2. Remove the existing handle (if recovering the handle, +$7.00)
    3. Measure the swing weight of the golf club
    4. Cut the golf shaft as required
    5. Measure the swing weight of the cutting club
    6.  If required, adjust the swing weight of the golf club + $12.00
    7. Install the golf grip
